The Guatemalan Semilla Syndicate
If anything happens to me. Investigate Todd Robinson, Thelma Aldana, and Anthoney Blinken. I would never Epstein myself.
Disguised as Anti-Corruption stalwarts, a group of overambitious Guatemalans bought into a twisted plan developed by Todd Robinson during his tenure as US Ambassador during the Obama Administration. Ambassador Todd Robinson stepped into the role as "The Ambassador" in September 2014, having served in Guatemala in different diplomatic capacities in the past. Since the days of the Cold War, the U.S. Embassy holds so much power and sway in the country that other Embassies or Ambassadors, by Ambassador Robinson's own admission, "are practically decorative in Guatemala". Emboldened by the mindset that the US Ambassador is "The Ambassador" in Guatemala, Ambassador Robinson flourished in his role as viceroy. He wielded many titles, but the one title most widely used among his Embassy staff was that of "The Partying" Ambassador on account of the epic parties at the Guatemala City official Residence and his more discrete all-weekend events in his private home in Antigua, Guatemala.
In 2016, one of these private parties at the Ambassador's private residence went bad and an underaged boy was hospitalized after being sexually abused by someone in attendance. The mother of the child made a report to the National Police (PNC) but the initial investigation mysteriously disappeared. As part of the clean-up efforts, the mother and the boy were relocated to Costa Rica and receive a monthly living allowance of five thousand ($5,000) US dollars in cash. We encourage the Justice Department to verify this fact.
Jimmy Morales was the Guatemalan President at the time. As President, he was briefed on this very serious incident involving "The Ambassador" and informed of the Police report filed by the mother of the boy. The PNC performed an initial investigation and shared their findings with then Attorney General (AG) Thelma Aldana. Thelma Aldana turned to Ivan Velasquez, then Commissioner of The United Nations International Commission Against Impunity (CICIG), for advice on how to handle this delicate situation. The exact details of what happened next are a bit murky. What is known is that the files were deleted from the official case databases at the Public Ministry and CICIG, entities headed by Thelma Aldana and Ivan Velasquez respectively.
A timeline of events, shown here, provides a clear and understandable progression of the escalation of conflict between President Morales and CICIG Commissioner Velasquez. The deletion of these files by AG Aldana and the initial prodding by President Morales sparked a costly and protracted battle. The true motivations behind the criminal accusations against President Morales' family as well as the eventual attempts to impeach him all stem from an effort to silence him. We implore the US Justice Department to verify the deletion of these files for the sake of transparency and clarity.
Time tells a powerful story. This timeline of events will be the basis for a series of articles that narrates a very different perspective than what we have been led to believe through the mainstream media to date. Each event has been carefully documented and their trail of crumbs will be presented through a series of upcoming articles. One of the many conclusions from this analysis is that the potential embarrassment and fall-out from the Pedophilia case prompted a series of cover-up actions which in turn led to an escalation of conflict and hostilities between CICIG / AG Aldana, as a proxy for the U.S. Ambassador, and President Morales. The dispute led to a shadow investigation by the Government of Guatemala against CICIG and the AG. The findings led to the decision not to renew the mandate of CICIG.

CICIG mandate in 2019. The results of the Guatemalan Government findings are summarized in a YouTube video series entitled “Victims of CICIG” where recorded testimonies are published as evidence of the crimes and abuses committed by CICIG under the leadership of Colombian Prosecutor Ivan Velasquez.
The experimental concept of CICIG was not a bad one. Its lack of checks-and-balances and its weaponized use against political targets was. The disheartening irony is that the "Fight Against Corruption" was usurped and used to violate the laws of Guatemala, bribe witnesses, bury cases for money, and create a system of immunity for members of "The Semilla". These very same members of The Semilla are now being protected by the U.S. Government and portrayed by credible media outlets as victims under attack for their effectiveness as crime-fighters. The real truth of the matter is quite the contrary. The members of The Semilla acted without questioning the integrity or lawfulness of their actions simply because the plans were blessed by "The Ambassador". To make matters worse, they all harp a highly rehearsed tune as the victims of undue prosecution due to their efficacy as crime-fighters. As far as the role played by CICIG Commissioner Ivan Velasquez, his story will take center stage in our upcoming articles.
"The Semilla" now refers to itself as a "Government in Exile" and many within the US State Department are being tricked into believing their "anti-corruption" rhetoric. It would be worthwhile for the Justice Department to investigate the large sums of unaccounted funds shared and deposited among and between the Semilla’s Faithful.
This series of articles is in no way meant to support one side or the other in the struggle for power in Guatemala. To the contrary, this series of articles will bring to light, for the first time in Guatemala's sordid recent history, an ingredient that has been overlooked for far too many years: The Truth.
Thelma Aldana was placed on a list of corrupt Judges in 2009, which was published by then CICIG Commissioner Carlos Castresana. See proof below. At the time, she was being considered for the post of Magistrate to the country's Supreme Court. The CICIG Commissioner pushed back and had her taken off the list of cleared candidates because of the evidence of her deep ties with organized crime groups in Guatemala and there was credible evidence in the hands of CICIG investigators at the time. Despite the warnings, Thelma Aldana was appointed to the high court and in 2014, she was subsequently appointed by President Molina as the country's Attorney General. Sources allege that her appointment was a birthday gift to his mistress, the country's then Vice President (VP) Roxana Baldetti, as it would assure their immunity from prosecution. Both Aldana and VP Baldetti shared common friends and interests in Guatemala's underworld at the time. The appointment was meant to provide mutual protection for all parties involved in making her ascension to AG a reality. Of course, AG Aldana would later charge and imprison President Molina and VP Baldetti for corruption in the famous "La Línea" case. Which begs the following questions: Why would AG Aldana turn on the two people that supported her the most? What could have triggered such an abrupt change of allegiances?
FEAR and DECEPTION: The US Government had leverage over then AG Aldana because of her own corrupt practices and the money trail of bribes received along her "illustrious" career. That evidence was used to "Flip" her against President Molina and VP Baldetti. In exchange for her cooperation, she was promised a shot at the Guatemalan Presidency, which she had longed for her entire life. The comfort with which she slept at night was based on the fact that she was holding secrets.
for "The Ambassador". Those secrets afforded her the assurances and protection she needed from possible repercussions from the new enemies she was about to make through the La Línea arrests. For the sake of full transparency, La Línea started during the Guatemalan Civil War era and continues today. The arrests of Molina and Baldetti were purely symbolic from an anti-corruption perspective as they were not the true ringleaders. However, the arrests were very strategic in the sociopolitical space as the unfolding of this story will soon clarify in future articles. The writer encourages the US Justice Department to also investigate the facts presented here and to look into the offshore bank accounts of Ambassador Robinson in BCP BANK (MAURITIUS) MAIN BRANCH (MA) and BANK CLER AG - BASEL BRANCH, U02 Hegenheimerstrasse 84, 4055 Basel, Switzerland and that of Thelma E. A. Hernandez and her husband Joaquin Lopez Gutierrez in Scotiabank – 6 Cardinal Avenue, George Town Branch, Cayman Island and USB Bank New York Branch, NY, USA.
CORRUPTION: The Ambassador did not declare these offshore accounts, which transacted millions of dollars, to the selection committee during his recent nomination as Assistant Secretary for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in the US Department of State, even though they have been open for over a decade. The additional irony is that both accounts opened by former AG Thelma Aldana and her husband, in 2015, is that they were opened a year after she was appointed as Attorney General. She has reportedly transacted millions of dollars in those accounts since. A glimpse into these four accounts by these two major Guatemala "anti-corruption stalwarts" would paint a very different picture of corruption, hypocrisy, and deception, more of which we will expose in the weeks ahead.
The current crisis in Guatemala concerning the removal of the current AG Consuelo Porras has direct ties to the events mentioned here and which will be revealed in this series of articles. The removal of Juan Francisco Sandoval from the FECI - the so-called anticorruption agency within the Guatemala Public Ministry - was a major blow to The Semilla’s protective mechanisms to cover up past actions and initiatives like the deleting of files and the burying of cases. By AG Porras taking control of that office, she has become a clear and present danger to their history of corruption and cover-ups, so removing her and getting an ally as the new AG is of paramount importance to The Semilla’s survival in the sea of lies and sharks in which they swim. When the truth is finally exposed, Judge Erika Aifán will feel the most disappointed and betrayed, because despite her overambition, she truly believes in the crusade she was sold on and is the least corrupt among them. However, she is not the only pawn and patsy played by The Semilla.
CONCLUSION: Who the cap fits, let them wear it. Stay tuned. More to come…
